Warranty Policy
Most of our products and services include a warranty, with specific terms listed on each individual product page. If a product does not come with a warranty, this will be clearly stated in the listing.
Submitting a Warranty -All warranty claims must be approved by management before any item is returned. To file a claim, you must provide proof of purchase from Circuitmotive. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Circuitmotive. Once received, the item will be inspected to determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and cover return shipping. If the issue is not covered, we will contact you to arrange return shipping for a nominal fee.

Important: Every unit we repair or refurbish includes a warranty label. Removing or tampering with this label will void your warranty. If you have questions or need to start a warranty claim, please contact us directly.
